Dr. Dustin Krutsinger is currently a pulmonary and critical care fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Epidemiology. Dr. Krutsinger started his medical career as an EMT and RN. He completed medical school, internal medicine residency and chief resident year at the University of Iowa. His research interests include critical care outcomes, clinical trial design and medical ethics.
Dr. Krutsinger lives with his wife and three kids in the suburbs of Philadelphia where he can often be found biking, running and hosting outdoor movie showings. His other interests include politics and international medicine. He ran for Iowa State House in 2010 and has traveled to South Africa, Namibia, Peru, Zambia and Afghanistan.
