The PAIR Center is committed to growing the pipeline of talented serious illness care researchers and offers several unique opportunities for training. We are particularly interested in supporting scholars from backgrounds that are historically under-represented in medicine. We cannot fully realize our vision of achieving and sustaining true health equity without improving the diversity of health care scholars who bring unique insights – informed by their personal backgrounds and experiences – to the work at hand.
