Zhe Chen is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Informatics at the University of Pennsylvania, mentored by Dr. Michael Harhey and Dr. Dylan Small. She earned her PhD in Statistics from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her research centers on causal inference methods, including randomization inference, instrumental variables, and stepped wedge designs.
