About
Emily is a Clinical Research Coordinator at the PAIR Center where she supports the TIME Study, an observational study focusing on the care delivery processes of time-limited trials in acute respiratory failure.
As a CRC, her primary responsibilities have included screening and recruiting participants, conducting direct observation and interviews, and extracting EHR data. She is currently supporting the analysis of TIME’s Aim 1 ethnographic data and serving as the project’s primary qualitative coder.
Emily graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a B.A. in Sociology. Prior to PAIR, she worked as a research assistant in the Sociology department, supporting projects which focused on the physical, mental, and financial outcomes of long-term caregiving.
Outside of work, Emily can be found spending quality time with friends and family or rotating through her many hobbies. She loves to read, craft, bake, and play board games. You can often find her at a local trivia night, antique store, or concert!
