The PAIR Center’s mission is to generate high-quality evidence to advance healthcare policies and practices with the goals of improving the lives of all people affected by serious illness and removing the barriers to health equity that seriously ill patients commonly face. Despite emerging challenges to the scientific community, we remain committed to this essential work.

We launch this newsletter with the goal of sharing more frequent updates on our work and its impact, approximately 3 times per year. The inaugural newsletter shares some of the highlights from the end of 2025 as well as events to look forward to at the start of this year...
