About

Corinne is a clinical research coordinator at the PAIR Center and has supported Dr. Kate Courtright’s portfolio of research projects since 2020.

Her work with Dr. Courtright centers around using implementation science and qualitative methods to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity of palliative care delivery for people living with serious illnesses including neurological conditions, COPD, and congestive heart failure. While she is naturally (very) talkative, Corinne was drawn to qualitative interview-based research because she values connection, communication, and bringing the voices of patients and their caregivers to the table.

She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Saint Joseph’s University, and is currently a graduate student in the Masters Program in Genetic Counseling at Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine. Her time working at the PAIR Center has been formative in her career as a genetic counselor, and she looks forward to bridging her passions of palliative care research and genetic counseling.

When she is not working or studying, you can find her trying new restaurants in Philly, taking a hot yoga class, and spending time at the beach in Ocean City, NJ.
