Alexander Moffett, MD is a pulmonary and critical care physician in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy at Stanford University and received his medical degree from the University of Chicago. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, during which he completed an MS in health policy research. He is currently working to complete a PhD in history at the University of Chicago. His research is focused on improving the accuracy and equity of pulmonary function test interpretation.
