Christopher Chesley Receives McCabe Award from the Perelman School of Medicine

Congratulations to Dr. Christopher Chesley for receiving a McCabe Fund Pilot Award from the Perelman School of Medicine!

The Thomas B. McCabe and Jeannette E. Laws McCabe Fund was established in 1969 by a generous gift to the Perelman School of Medicine (PSOM). The purpose of this gift is to support junior faculty who initiate fresh and innovative biomedical and surgical research projects. This year, PSOM awarded 15 pilot grants of $20,000.

Dr. Chesley received this pilot award for his project conducting a retrospective analysis of University of Pennsylvania Health System data to predict the occurrence of pulse oximetry inaccuracy and develop a predictive model to identify patients who are at high risk.
