Deepa Ramadurai

Dr. Deepa Ramadurai is a fellow in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Health Policy Research program and is an associate fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute. Her interests include understanding clinician behaviors and communication in the intensive care unit, specifically in the context of health inequities and social determinants of health. She is also in the Measey Medical Education Fellowship, where her focus is on educating trainees on humanism and communication. She received her Bachelor of Arts at Northwestern University and attended medical school at the Zucker School of Medicine in New York. She completed internal medicine residency and chief residency at the University of Colorado, where she participated in the Health Equities Pathway.

Deepa lives in Graduate Hospital where she enjoys baking, running, and exploring the restaurants of Philadelphia while spending time with her husband and son.
