Conor Shatto

Conor is a Project Manager at the PAIR Center, where he currently oversees the planning and implementation of the NEEDS-PC Trial and supports additional projects within Dr. Kate Courtright’s portfolio.

Prior to joining the PAIR team, Conor held many research roles at Columbia University, where he received a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Psychology. Most recently, Conor served as a Lab Manager and Research Coordinator in Columbia’s Department of Psychology, overseeing and managing multiple interdisciplinary neuroscience studies. Additionally, he contributed as a clinical research assistant in the School of Public Health, supporting sociobehavioral intervention studies for substance use disorder and HIV/AIDS.

Prior to his research career, Conor spent three years as a professional actor, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College. Outside of his professional life, Conor enjoys catching the latest films out in theatres, exploring Philly’s outdoor parks, and spending time with his beloved fiancé and dog.
