Dr. Aditi Mallick, Chief Medical Officer of Hopscotch Primary Care, oversees clinical care delivery and patient outcomes for over 15,000 patients. Dr. Mallick has over a decade of clinical and executive leadership experience in the public and private sectors, as well as academic medicine. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in healthcare, business, and policy by leading teams in healthcare strategy and innovation, federal and state health policy, clinical care and research, and clinical operations. Dr. Mallick has served in senior leadership roles at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she developed groundbreaking policies and led collaborative efforts to advance value-based care models, integration of physical, social, and behavioral health, quality improvement, and coverage of novel therapies. Prior to CMS, Dr. Mallick ran statewide COVID-19 response efforts for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and was an engagement manager in the healthcare practice at McKinsey & Co. At Hopscotch Primary Care, Dr. Mallick brings her experience caring for patients to advance clinical excellence and improve patient access and outcomes. Dr. Mallick earned her M.D. from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School before serving on the clinical faculty at Johns Hopkins and George Washington University Hospitals. She earned her A.B. from Harvard College.
