Congratulations to Dr. Bhavik Patel for receiving the Bradley Clinical Science Award!

The Awards Committee for the Department of Medicine Research Day selected Dr. Patel’s abstract as this year’s winner of the Bradley Clinical Science Award by a Fellow. Dr. Patel’s abstract was titled, “Disparities in Health Related Social Needs Prevalence among Patients with Asthma: A Retrospective Cohort Study.” Dr. Michael Parmacek, Chair of the Department of Medicine, and Dr. Charles Abrams, Vice Chair for Research of the Department of Medicine, presented the award at the Department of Medicine Research Day Awards Ceremony on June 9, 2026.
