Please join us for the 1st Annual CIRCE Symposium on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, marking the official, university-wide launch of CIRCE!

Directed by Dr. Gary Weissman, the Complete Integrated Record Using Comprehensive Electronic Data (CIRCE) Project is a Penn-led initiative providing researchers and hospital operations leaders access to a clean, up-to-date dataset representing key patient encounter elements. The symposium will bring together investigators, clinicians, trainees, data scientists, and health system leaders to explore CIRCE’s capabilities and applications.

The program includes keynote remarks from the CIRCE Team, presentations highlighting ongoing and emerging research using CIRCE data, working groups for discussion on access and data initiatives, and opportunities to network with Penn leadership. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be served. Please register by Friday, June 5, using this form.

Email Nick Bishop with any questions.
